Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Employee Development: Train and develop sales floor staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, customer service, and store appearance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
