Key Responsibilities

  • Input data into HRIS systems with precision and attention to detail
  • Oversee and execute new hire orientations, including scheduling presenters and communicating with stakeholders
  • Work closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule and coordinate onboarding
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between hiring managers, new hires, and HR/People managers
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and functional onboarding for new hires
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews/data
  • Provide feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop innovative solutions for task optimization and data reporting

Required Skills

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Bilingual in French (an asset)
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, including Workday
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Power BI experience is an asset
