Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Profit Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals.
- Determine targeted customer account potential and establish sales goals for those accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and margins, improve productivity, and manage assets and expenses.
- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Safeguard and maintain all Profit Centre assets, including buildings, trucks, equipment, inventory, and receivables.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes.
- Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products sold at the Profit Centre.
