**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Receive payments from customers and process transactions
- Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice and professional demeanor
- Manage licensing paperwork and other administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
**Requirements**
- Completion of High School
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and maturity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Above-average computer skills
- Multi-line phone experience is considered an asset
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
