About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process members' transactional requests (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
  • Provide prompt and courteous member service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Uncover members' needs and assist them in utilizing our products and services that best meet those needs
  • Make sales calls to promote our products and services, with a focus on cross-selling and referrals
  • Meet and exceed our Quality Service Standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to work at any branch of YNCU when requested
  • Meet YNCU's Balancing Standards, including Same-day Balancing Ratio, Accumulated Difference YTD, and Time Required to Balance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members, and a desire to do the job well
  • Professional demeanor and professional dress
  • Comfortable using the Internet and email programs, including our online banking system
