Key Responsibilities:- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared, stored, and served in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the food services budget, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
