Job Summary:

Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our commercial and residential customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, managing data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry of new contracts, job sales, and product sales into our CRM software
  • Upload and file copies of contracts for new customers
  • Customer account maintenance, including contact updates, changes to billing, PO's, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy in our invoice process, ensuring all relevant data is correct
  • Create reports in Excel to provide to customers with special requests monthly
  • Verify accuracy of service work tickets and post in CRM
  • Process credit cards in CRM as required
  • Assist in resolving customer disputes with the accounts receivable team
  • Assist Sales Reps and the Operations team with looking up customer info in CRM
  • Track business and technician licenses for expiry/renewal
  • Shipping/receiving

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to learn and use multiple computer systems
  • Knowledge of Vendor Portals is an asset
