About the Role:
The Resort Assistant Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the Reception of the Resort. They manage a team of reception staff to provide a seamless registration and cashiering service for our guests. As the first and last impression of the Resort, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of reception staff to provide exceptional guest service
- Ensure accurate communication between managers on duty and follow up on guest requests and problems
- Control room rate availability on full-house nights to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Protect guaranteed reservations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- College degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of five years hotel Rooms Division experience, including at least three years in an Assistant Department Head position
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving ability and proficiency in Hotel property management systems
- Fluent in reading, writing, and spoken English language skills
