Job Title: Business Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Management Consultant to join our team at WMWM UNITED Investment Holding INC.

Job Summary

The Business Management Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving the managerial methods and organization of our establishment. This includes conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, proposing improvements to methods, systems, and procedures, and planning the re-organization of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan the re-organization of operations
  • Supervise staff
  • Provide customer service
  • Train staff
  • Oversee development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge
  • Coaching
  • Offer mentoring
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • PRINCE2 Certification
  • Provincial Management Consulting Association Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
Work Environment

The Business Management Consultant will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
