About WMWM UNITED Investment Holding INC.

We are a leading investment holding company seeking a highly skilled Business Management Consultant to join our team. As a Business Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our organizational methods and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and Improve Organizational Methods: Conduct thorough analysis of our current organizational methods and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs. Identify best practices and implement changes to improve our operations.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Provide coaching and mentoring to help staff develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Manage Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that our operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in business management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work environment.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
