Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, IT, and business partners.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- At least five years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable certifications highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
