We are currently seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that shifts are filled in a timely manner, while also managing last-minute changes and maintaining strong relationships with both healthcare workers and clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing regulations. They will be responsible for confirming availability with healthcare staff, assigning them to appropriate shifts, and monitoring employee performance.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all shifts are filled efficiently, handling last-minute cancellations or changes with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) is also essential, as well as knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance.
