Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CLC Building Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
- Scheduling and Travel: Schedule appointments, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
Please note that the work term is permanent, and the work hours are 40 hours per week.
