At CLC Building Solutions Inc., we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines. Additionally, they will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
