About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the timely completion of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, and other software to perform financial tasks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
