Executive Director

FLEX IT SYSTEMS INC. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the company in official functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and efficient interpersonal skills
The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Language:The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent with 30 hours per week.
