Job Opportunity at The Shoe Co.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at The Shoe Co. Park Royal South.

About the Role:

  • As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Maximizing store business results by creating exceptional customer experiences and maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
    • Providing a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
    • Fostering teamwork and collaboration within the store and district.
    • Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager and other team members.
    • Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements:

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
