Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Manager to join our team. As a Sales Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Control Expenses
    • Manage store inventory and control expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise Associates
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure associates are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and improve customer experience.
    • Participate in inventory management and control to ensure accurate stock levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience required.
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
