Key Responsibilities- Generate Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
- Control Expenses
- Manage store inventory and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Supervise Associates
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure associates are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Participate in inventory management and control to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience required.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience preferred.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
