Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver sales results and meet company objectives through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences for customers, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and objectives through effective sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
