Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with FunctionAbility, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat individuals suffering from various neurological, orthopedic disorders, mental health, and injuries
  • Assist clients with establishing and meeting meaningful goals within their home and in a community setting
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Liaise with a variety of community partners and rehab professionals to facilitate client goals and independence
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and establishing personal networks

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists (COTO)
  • Valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle
