Logistics Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Vice President to lead our goods production, utilities, transportation, and construction operations at JD Trans Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize resource allocation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, divisions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Formulate and approve policies, programs, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring the company's interests are represented and protected.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to lead teams and drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
