About the Role

Momi Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Cost Estimation and Materials Management

Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

Staffing and Recruitment

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of workers, handling related staffing actions and ensuring a skilled workforce.

Project Coordination and Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective resource utilization.

Method Development and Implementation

Establish methods to meet project schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.

Project Supervision

Supervise workers and projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives.

Work Environment and Conditions

Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a 30-40 hour workweek and a permanent work term.

Language and Communication

Communicate effectively in English, the primary language used in the workplace.
