Job Summary
At Johal Transport Service, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain office procedures to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
• Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
• Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Willing to travel regularly, with public transportation available
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word and Google Drive
