As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a crucial role in conducting advanced laboratory tests and analyses to provide critical information for patient diagnosis and treatment. You will oversee laboratory operations, mentor MLTs, and collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss findings and implications.Responsibilities
  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Develop and validate new testing methods, maintaining laboratory quality control and compliance with regulations.
  • Train and supervise laboratory personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss findings and implications, ensuring seamless communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (e.g., ASCP, CSMLS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills.

Compensation

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
