About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Field Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Biomolecular Service Organization, you will be responsible for providing expert support to customers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Agilent instruments.

Responsibilities
  • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnostics and resolves product performance problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations to perform service, including local and international travel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or as an end-user.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and passport.
