Office Manager

M.D. Auto Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
