About the Role

M.D. Auto Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the office is running smoothly.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing financial reports and managing expenses.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring that all communication is clear and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
