Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at VOYSUS CONNECTION EXPERT INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software to track sales performance
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Advertise and promote products, sales or services
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
