THE ROLE

We're seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant - Occupational Fitness to coordinate and participate in data collection activities and analysis of results for research projects pertaining to components health and fitness. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for organizing reference materials, conducting literature reviews, surveys for use in reports and research publications.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

A Master's degree in Human Kinetics, Health Sciences, or a related field, combined with some years of experience in a related field, is required. Current Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) certification is an asset.

Experience

We're looking for someone with experience in data collection and compilation of research data, researching and developing health/fitness requirements, conducting advanced literature searches, applying policies, procedures, and regulations, coordinating projects, and using advanced statistical software programs.

Competencies

As a Research Assistant - Occupational Fitness, you'll need to possess excellent client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership skills.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Bilingualism is essential for this role, with functional reading, writing and oral skills in both languages.
