The Clinical Nurse will not only fulfill the responsibilities of an assistant nurse manager or direct superior assistant but will also be instrumental in the development, implementation, evaluation, and refinement of clinical tools and quality care assessments.

POSITION DETAILS:

Vacant position following a full-time posting in the Day shift at Gertrude-Lafrance LTC (HRR)

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree complemented by three (3) eligible certificates, including at least two (2) recognized certifications in nursing care, and must be a registered member of the Order of Nurses of Quebec.

A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience within the last 5 years is required.
