About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant - Occupational Fitness to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating and participating in data collection activities and analysis of results for research projects related to components health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize reference materials and conduct literature reviews to support research projects
  • Collect and compile research data, including surveys and reports
  • Develop and apply policies, procedures, and regulations related to health and fitness
  • Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members to achieve goals
  • Apply advanced statistical software programs to analyze data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Human Kinetics, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience in data collection and compilation, research and development, and policy application
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
