The Clinical Nurse is responsible for not only fulfilling the duties of an assistant nurse manager or direct supervisor but also for the development, implementation, assessment, and refinement of clinical tools and quality care evaluations.

POSITION DETAILS:

Vacant position following a full-time posting for Day Shift - Gertrude-Lafrance LTC (HRR)

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by three eligible certificates, including at least two recognized nursing care certificates, and must be a registered member of the Order of Nurses of Quebec.

A minimum of two years of nursing experience within the last five years is required.
