We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKUs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising strategies.
- Sell at store level "live orders" on multiple clients and achieve sales volume growth through promotional activities.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring accurate and complete tags, removing un-saleable or out-of-code product, and authorizing items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
- Work with clients to execute projects and standards, and achieve client goals and objectives.
- Prepare and make wholesaler sub-group headquarter calls, and complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
