Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of food service staff, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
