Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager

The Plate is seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
