Job Title: CFO Leadership Role

About Qwincy: Qwincy is a leading platform connecting businesses with top freelance consultants in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced CFO to lead the financial management of a newly acquired entity in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team.
  • Work closely with senior executives to optimize financial performance and strategic position of the company.
  • Align financial reporting, local organization, and systems with global standards.
  • Lead the post-acquisition integration of the company within the Group.
  • Guide the company through periods of transformation, such as growth, mergers, and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading finance and accounting teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Ability to work closely with senior executives.
  • Experience in guiding companies through periods of transformation.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position.
  • ~6 to 12 months contract (6 months minimum).
  • ~ Remote policy: 1 to 2 days a week.
