Grocery Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk at Maxi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure that products are properly displayed and priced.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a secure and efficient manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, communicate effectively with customers and team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English or French is required.
- Availability: Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week is required.
