Grocery Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Team Member at Maxi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly displayed and priced.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a secure and accurate manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and maintain open communication to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience preferred.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
