Grocery Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk at Maxi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Sales and Inventory: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- Availability: Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
