Job Title: Receptionist-Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist-Clerk to join our team at Sign A Rama. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process information, order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule appointments, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, database software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
