As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our award-winning dishes, including sizzling fajitas, classic Tex-Mex favorites, and AAA steaks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Follow recipe specifications to ensure consistency and flavor profiles.
- Work efficiently to meet customer demand, multitasking to manage multiple orders.
- Collaborate with our service staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
- Physical stamina to remain active and focused throughout shifts.
- Previous culinary experience is an asset, but not required.
