We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Roof Hound Brewing Co. Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of culinary trends.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and functions, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with our brewing team to develop menu items that complement our beers and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with our management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- 1-2 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary specialist in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
