About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner - Community Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring our communities are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as required.
  • Suite Preparation: Clean vacant suites and perform other suite touch-ups as required.
  • Support Services: Assist with touch-up painting and snow removal as required.
  • Waste Management: Interior and exterior garbage pick-up as required.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of cleaning experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting. Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Strong planning and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Excellent time-management skills. Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and be flexible in nature. Displays a high level of initiative and commitment to excellence.
  • Additional Requirements: Vehicle required. Valid driver's license required.
