**Job Summary**

Onsemi is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including preventative and corrective maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform scheduled hands-on maintenance on all processes and systems, including HVAC, chillers, air handling systems, boilers, and other equipment.
  • Respond to all facilities issues or concerns, including lighting, office moves, and bathroom plumbing issues.
  • Complete preventative maintenance activities to ensure continuous uptime of the site.
  • Participate in the Health and Safety Committee for the site.
  • Provide on-call support every other weekend, alternating with other facility staff members to respond to pages and trouble calls as necessary, day or night.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups, such as engineering and project management, in the installation or repair of building support systems.

**Requirements**

  • College diploma or apprentice in HVAC or Building Maintenance.
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
