We are seeking a highly skilled welder and fitter to join our team at Randstad Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and fitting, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding and fitting tasks with high precision and quality
- Work closely with a team member on large pieces and assist in other areas of the shop as needed
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety protocols
- Perform quality checks and ensure that all work meets the highest standards

Requirements:

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical testing and written blueprint/weld symbol test
- Experience with pressure vessel welding is an asset
- Reliable mode of transportation is required as the shift does not work on the bus route
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a true welder/fitter

What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly rate of $28-$32
- Straight day shift 6am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, 6 - 12 Fridays
- Overtime available
- Uniforms and tools provided
- $150 work boot allowance per year
- 100% employer paid benefits effective day 1
