Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cambridge, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repair.
- Perform welding operations using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
- Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.
- Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship to demonstrate expertise in welding techniques.
- Certification in welding techniques, such as AWS or CWB, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting to demonstrate practical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a safe working space.
