Role Overview

We're seeking a highly experienced Chief Growth Officer for Bitcoin Financial Services to lead our largest accounts and grow our business segment. This role involves managing key customer relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with our leadership team to align our customer segment with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and competitive success for our Shakepay for Business segment.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Foster strong client relationships as a trusted business partner throughout their customer journey.
  • Improve our go-to-market approach for SMB and enterprise customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to validate opportunities and offer a best-in-class experience to business customers.
  • Establish robust analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in crypto sales or business development, or traditional asset management, OTC sales, or brokerage environment.
  • A proven track record of contributing to revenue growth and surpassing objectives.
  • Existing relationships with hedge funds and family offices.
  • Leadership experience, including P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with partners and prospect clients.
  • Experience in hiring, team building, training, and managing sales staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services knowledge: Familiarity with financial services operations, compliance, and regulations.
  • Prior experience as an Operational leader in a fast-growing company.
