We are currently seeking a Geomatics Survey Crew Lead who has experience in the Oilfield Survey sector and a desire to grow and learn with our company.

The Work:

  • Survey wellsites, pipeline right-of-ways, pipeline integrity, and construction projects throughout Western Canada
  • Be willing and able to travel as shift work may last up to 21 days
  • Work outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to survey assistants
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculations

What you bring to the table:

  • A strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE
  • A desire for excellence in all that you do
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to liaise with clients
  • Creativity
  • A degree or diploma from a technical college in Geomatics
  • Experience leading an oilfield survey crew
  • Experience performing legal surveys in the Alberta Township System
  • Experience working on both industrial construction sites and remote bush conditions
  • Experience with drones is an asset
