Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino’s Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, conducting performance reviews, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team dynamic, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
